Real Time
Peace & Calm

Let's think in energy!
Everything is energy. Every living and non-living being consists of energy. Training and studying in the Eastern Traditions of Yoga, Qi Gong, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Reiki and Taoism while exploring modern Energy Medicine - for me it became a super simple equation:
That what gives us energy minus That what takes energy from us, decides over our state of well-being. If we constantly deny ourselves the foods, the people, the experiences and the things that make us feel the most alive, then trust the message we are sending home to ourselves is very clear. Our energy is our biggest currency we have.
This is why I work with real-time body tools that release stress energy and promote relaxation order to help you restore balance and finding that inner peace within. Everything I do is with the goal to restore your lifeforce, so you have the resource you need for living the life you want.
Real-time tools to regulate and restore your energy and nervous system?
While our body experiences chronic stress it will not be able to do the repair and healing work it needs to do. Our body regenerates its resources once we find ourselves in times of deep relaxation. This is where ancient practices have their roots when it comes to healing. We can support our body in the healing process by finding rest and inner peace. This is what I am offering in these trainings below.
Yin Yoga and Breathwork
Yin yoga is slow-paced yoga style that works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses.
It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep facia networks of the body and the meridians. Heavily influenced by Taosim and Traditional Chinese Medicine it is a great way to:

-
Increases circulation and improves flexibility
-
Calming and balancing the mind and body
-
Reducing stress and anxiety
-
Encouraging deeper relaxation
-
Improving joint mobility
-
Bringing balance to the organs through meridian stimulation

Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, replenishes our energy, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs, while quieting the mind.

Together with breath work and energy meditation this is a wonderful healing practice to restore your energy and unwind.

QiFlow Practice
Similar to Yin Yoga there is the option to combine a more active practice involving your body and breath. Mostly we try to think things through - which has its benefits - but so often we neglect our body and nervous system in the process.

QiFlow is a combination of Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, QiGong and Fitness Training merged with breathwork. Activating different muscles in a low-impact way while including stretches, breath work and moving meditation.

It is a more active form of stress and tension release, while promoting feelings of calm, inner harmony, and clarity of mind.

Key benefits of this practice are:

-
Increases circulation and improves flexibility
-
Calming and balancing the mind and body
-
Reducing stress and anxiety
-
Releases stuck energy and emotions
-
Encouraging deeper relaxation
-
Strengthening and lengthening the muscles
-
Resetting the nervous system
-
Promoting inner harmony and balance
