Instead of keep pushing over your limits, I beg you to stop.
I am here to help you find refuge within yourself and end this stress epidemic - it's time to become mindful calm.
When the world around you seems on fire and you find yourself lost in stress and chaos with no way out of it all - then I invite you to get in touch. Instead of fighting a relentless war against yourself, I urge you to take a break. Instead of keep pushing over your limits, I beg you to stop.
And before you think that something is wrong with you let me tell you something I​​​ know first hand for sure: It is not you, you are not broken. ​
I am sure you found me because we have something in common. Maybe you are a little bit like me and a lot of the way how you live your life goes against your very nature. Maybe you reached a point where you are tired, exhausted and fed up with life's daily stresses and worries amongst the challenge of trying do things 'right'. Maybe you are at a point where nothing works or goes the way it once did. Maybe your body is sending you signals that enough is enough. ​I feel you. Deeply. This battle against yourself needs to end. And because I know how painful it is to constantly be at war with yourself I made it my mission to help people like you and me to break out of this cycle and create a new reality for you, for me, for all of us.


Your uniqueness speaks louder than words if you would just allow it to live. Why trying so hard to fit into a box? Stressing yourself to fit into a size, a role and anything but yourself will bring you only unhappiness and dis-ease. ​
The battle against yourself needs to end - let's end the stress cycle
When we try so hard to fit in to what we have been told to be, we go very much against our essence of who we truly are. We forget what we are truly capable of. What we signal ourselves in these cases is that we reject ourselves. We rejects our feelings, our heart, our body intelligence, all of us. We become ignorant to the messages from our inner wisdom, body and heart. We basically say to ourselves that: "I don't matter, I am not worth ..., I don't deserve..." with the consequences that such believes keep us stuck in behaviors and actions that not only deplete our lifeforce but sooner or later manifest in our life as:

Burnout, Stress Disorder, Depression

Nervous Breakdown, extreme fatigue, emotional fatigue

Constant stress cycles and inability to relax, sleeping disorders

Emotional Eating, Stress Eating, IBS, digestive issues

Obesity, Weight struggles and body-hate

Constantly landing in relationships/ jobs that harm you, your self-worth and mental health
Did you know, that your body is always trying to protect you?
In our society the brain rules. Facts over feelings. However, cutting out feelings will get us nowhere. Our thinking capability is great if used sensible. Our feelings and emotions are delivering great insight to what our body and heart need to be healthy, to flourish, to be happy.

When we struggle with a stress disorder you need to understand that you are not broken. Your body (your nervous system precisely) is doing what it is designed to do: Keeping you safe. At one point in your life, that can be when you were a kid or teenager or a later stage in life, you learned that staying busy, or striving for perfection and pushing yourself to the max were ways that kept you safe. It brought you acceptance, love, and recognition. Maybe from the parents, the partner, the teacher, the grandparents, the friends. No matter who, your system learned that behaving a specific way is going to keep you safe. (Also if it does no longer make sense now, your body remembers.) And when we are little we do everything to get the love and recognition from our family. That's how we survive as children. That is normal.

Same can be said for emotional eating. When we are in extreme stress or panic mode, we might have had a traumatic experience as a child and we learned that eating calms us down, provides us comfort. And this behavior the body remembers and so whenever you struggle now a days with your feelings or are stressed you turn to eating. What seems like you have no willpower is actually your body and survival response kicking in. So just dieting is not the solution. Root cause healing and reprogramming is.

What was once helpful and kept you safe, turned now harmful. However, it does not have to stay that way.
Your thoughts, are learned.
Your body- response is learned.
Your fight against yourself is learned.

It is time to un-learn all of that.

So often, we embark on a journey of self-optimization, recovery and relaxation. We attend training after training, course after course, read book after book, treat our-self to a holiday or retreat one after another, just to end up in the same place as before over and over again. The honest truth is that if we do not allow all of US to be part of this journey then we will not breakthrough. Our ego system is part of our humanness. Our heart is part of our essence. Our body is our home. We cannot just entertain the mind and ignore the rest. True transformation does not happen in the course room or in our head. True transformation happens through embodied action. This is why I will encourage you a lot to take action to live all of you - your style. Embody all of you. Because nobody other than yourself can tell you what it is that lights you up, what joy means for you and what living a fulfilled life that makes you go total bananas through the roof excited means for YOU!​​
